This control unit was installed in some Gutmann extractor hoods (e.g., Gutmann Palma or Gutmann Campo). It is a complete, plug-and-play control unit, ready to install in its housing.

Should you require a device control unit, please send us your contact details and, if possible, photos of the device (control buttons/complete device) and a brief description of the defect. We will first contact you by phone as soon as possible (free of charge). Ideally, this initial phone call will allow us to identify the device's defect and the required replacement part. If necessary, a video call (also free of charge) can then be conducted to provide a definitive diagnosis of any damage. Once the device defect has been identified, you will promptly receive a non-binding offer for the required replacement part.
This approach eliminates the (often) incorrect diagnosis by any tradespeople involved and saves you time and shipping costs.
